Samba San offers an inventive culinary culmination of various Asian & South American countries.

Started from the love of eating great sushi and dumplings one evening at home and carnival samba music was playing in the background!

The light bulb went off and Samba San was created to combine these wonderful two cultures into one happy experience.

Currently our food truck is parked at Riptide Brewing Company’s Beer Garden.
