I wanted to open a new account via telephone or e-mail with B of A can't get to any one guess they don't need me as a customer. Very unhappy with lack of customer service and not being able to contact this bank.

I started going to bank of america a year ago they offer free checking with direct deposit and gave me a free savings account they are always comming up with incentives for there customers.

As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by a member of staff. It is very rarely that you have to wait to be served. The staff are very willing and knowledgeable and care for your every need. PROS: Pleasant staff CONS: None
