Not quite a deep-pan but as described by the owner "it's our own variation". And it works. The pizzas are a joy and the freshness of the ingrediants is evident from the first bite. The salad served in the bread bowl was also very good.

I use to work next door and would eat there frequently. I never had the pizza but the salad boules are awesome. It's the salad in the bread bowl. So good. I moved away, but when I go home to visit I always stop in for lunch.
