The Wyvern Hotel with its 6th floor roof top bar/restaurant, beautiful harbor and down town view, live music on weekends, comfortable lounge chairs

$$$$$$$$$Bar on top, cool to watch the sunset, very upscale clean establishment. Just expensive, but I guess they do that to keep the scum out, which is fine
