When they tell you the date and time period they plan to come - they are on time - very nice and friendly and tell you what they are doing

I am always very pleased with Terminix. The technicians are always very professional, We have been customers of Terminix for more than ten years, our lawn and shrubs look great.

Chris took care of our ants problems like usual, customer service is very good. I have no complaints so far and we have been with Terminix since 2009.

As usual, Pat arrived on time was dressed appropriately and when finished outside, asked if there were any problems inside the house.

Very through and timely. Brett is always pleasant and professional. He addresses requests and questions and is very accommodating. He is dressed well and groomed apprpriately.

THEY CAME AND PUT IN SPECIAL INSULATION IN OUR ATTIC. THEY WERE HER ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB. WHEN DONE, THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA. WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED.
