Asian cuisine is so good that its easy to concentrate on appetizers and entrees and gloss over its desserts. Try green tea and red bean ice cream at Nippon Thai restaurant in Satellite Beach. This cute restaurant off State Road A1A just added sticky rice with mango, another taste treat. Also new on the sushi side of the menu are a bunch of super rolls and salads, including the rainbow Scorpion Roll ($13.95), with soft-shell crab, avocado, seaweed salad and asparagus topped with a \\\"rainbow\\\" of different fish. Of course, its impossible to err with goodies such as NipponThai duck curry ($18.95), a memorable dish of roasted duck in red curry with pineapple, tomatoes, bell peppers and basil leaves simmered in coconut milk.
