The bagels here are pretty good...but the service was terrible. The guy taking orders was incredibly rude, didn't give us half the order, and then acted like it was a hassle when we asked for it.

The food is always great at good prices. Though the South Miami store could good be swankier and spiffed up a lot. A customer should never have to wait for a coffee canister to be changed out. That's more then just a few minutes of down…
