Flave A. Williams III Dozer Service, Inc. , was established in 1981 as a family owned business. In 1994, Nedra Williams, became President of the company and changed its structure to a mass earthmoving company. Then in 2001, change came again as she became a state certified underground utility & excavating contractor. In 2008 Nedra became a Class V fireline contractor. Flave A. Williams III Dozer Service, Inc. specializes in preparing a complete site from the clearing phase through the mass grading of cuts and fills, installing all underground utilities, base and paving. Our goal is to provide a quality project at a timely manner resulting in a satisfied repeat customer.
