Michelle Hinz Art Gallery

Michelle Hinz, resident of Tampa, Florida originally from Michigan, is an award-winning artist known for her dynamic and diverse collection of acrylic and mixed media artwork. Her fascination with textures began as a quest to discover and translate patterns found in the environment onto canvas, using texture as the visual language. Through experimentation, a dimensional art form emerged with a unique tactile and touchable surface... known today as her Signature Collection. A closer look at some paintings reveals an underlying grid composition reflecting the influence of her 17 years as a graphic designer. In 2010, she put her Master's Degree in Instructional Technology and experience in corporate training to use by writing and teaching over 20 workshops.
