Free Yoga Club

Free Yoga Club started at the start of the Corona Virus in the US. We were forced to close our yoga studio and were looking for a method to stay connected to our yoga household of good friends, trainees and instructors. We were also halfway through a 200 hour yoga instructor training. The participants in the yoga instructor training needed to complete 50 yoga classes with the lead fitness instructor, Janet Parks. So we created a YouTube Channel where we could supply the needed classes. Change was not easy and this new method of offering yoga classes was unpleasant at initially. When you enjoy the videos, which are primarily several series of yoga classes, you might observe the advancement of the classes along with the enhancement of the quality of the videos in time. What began as a difficulty, to do a 30 day yoga challenge and to create video yoga classes, quickly ended up being a treasure. We all hope that you find inspiration, details and the essence of yoga in our online classes. We are constantly available to remarks and feedback and we take every one of them to heart.
