Whether you are contracting with J & J to build "on your lot" or on one of ours, your home will be carefully planned, well designed and solidly built. We can help you design your home or work with the architect of your choice. If you have a rough plan, we can adapt it to your specifications and turn it into a working plan. Once the final plans have been drawn, we will ensure that the style, floor plan, interior selections and landscaping will blend to create a home you will be proud to own.
