Although this store is huge and has a huge inventory, I have found that they do not carry enough wide widths. Not everyone has a slim foot! However I will still continue to go there since they have such a big selection.

The is a huge place to look for shoes. They don't have to many helpers to help you around the store. This could be a good thing but not when you really need some good shoes. for just casual shoes sure.

I love DSW Shoes. The staff is helpful but not overbearing so you can wander the store without feeling pressure to buy. I had to return a pair of shoes and they took care of it quickly without any hassle

Store size is enormous, but the price also flight too high.Huge selection for all genders, umm.... might be only for guys and gals, don't think there's a lot for kids' shoes though. Most of the selections don't really level at my taste…
