Terrible!
Do yourself a favor and do NOT hire this company!
Never showed up to finish the job after taking money, made an appointment with me 4 times and did not show up, eventually told me to find someone else and hung up.
I wish I could post 0 stars.
Stay away!

Don’t cut the neighbors trees down by AL on 2/15/2025

 

Horrible company. My neighbor used this company to clear brush and trees from her backyard. When I looked outside, I noticed a clear spot near my property line split rail fence. I contacted the owner who met me outside. They cut 4 healthy hardwoods 25 yards over the property line. (I know they were healthy because an arborist inspected my yard last summer.) When I showed the owner the trees that were cut and pointed out the fence marking my boundary line, he angrily replied that he could return all the brush to my property. I told him 4 trees could not be returned once they are in the wood chipper. We bought this house because of the wooded lot behind our house. The deer use this as a corridor to travel safely through our neighborhood. It was a beautiful area. The cops arrived and saw the chainsaw and cleared area on my property. He told me it was in my rights as a homeowner to sue the landscaper. Despite the lack of apology and rude behavior from One Cut, I don’t want to waste my time dealing with his negative energy. He could have apologized and been more professional. In the end, I told the cop that I would write negative reviews which he said is my right. He warned the owner not to have any further contact with me or there would be repercussions. Moving forward, I will not be looking to see if the company responds to my reviews. They would be lies and nothing will bring my trees back. I choose to be positive because my life is beautiful without this company in it.

Excellent in everything you would want... knowledgeable professionals that brought huge value to my home's landscape. Safety AND Insured, which in itself is high on my list for high risk job: rappelling, chainsaws, etc. Look no further.. hands down THE BEST tree service. The crew works to please and is well run. Experienced Great Work.

I took a little while to get me scheduled, but the crew came out and turn tree and cleaned up everything at a very reasonable price. I would use them again for the other pines I would like removed. ONE CUT TREE SERVICES
