Before her career as a mortgage loan officer, Ann Megan Douglass learned the legal side of the mortgage process while working as a paralegal for a law firm specializing in real estate transactions. Her legal experience is invaluable in understanding the closing processing and has taught her the value of having a knowledgeable lender. A graduate of Davidson College, Ann Megan is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. Ann Megan is involved in her community and is a member of the Augusta Symphony Guild and Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church as well as a former board member of the Morris Museum. In her free time, Ann Megan enjoys running, sailing, reading, and investing in real estate.
