Juaquito Jorge, MD

Dr. Jorge, a Metabolic Surgeon and Obesity Specialist, is deeply committed to patient care. His interests include medical and surgical treatment for overweight and obesity conditions, with a strong focus on helping patients maintain their health and weight results over the long term. He is BoardCertified in General Surgery and Obesity Medicine through the American College of Surgeons and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. Dr. Jorge began his medical career as an active-duty Navy Corpsman, serving 6 years and one tour in Iraq 2003 before becoming a civilian paramedic. He remains involved in research, focusing on improving long-term outcomes with weight management and telemedicine applications.
