Indu Sitala Voruganti, MD

Indu Voruganti, MD, MS, FRCPC (she/her) is a radiation oncologist specializing in advanced radiation therapy and radiosurgery. She earned her undergraduate and medical degrees at Brown University and completed residency at the Princess Margaret and Odette Cancer Centers, University of Toronto, where she served as Associate Chief Resident. She completed fellowship training in stereotactic radiosurgery for brain tumors at Stanford University. Dr. Voruganti practiced with Kaiser Permanente in Northern California before joining Piedmont. Dr. Voruganti has published on lung and head/neck cancers and ethics in leading medical journals such as Radiotherapy and Oncology and Lung Cancer. She is board-certified in Canada (FRCPC) and board-eligible in the US. She also holds a Master’s in Narrative Medicine from Columbia University, with a strong belief of integrating humanism and reflection into clinical care. Dr. Voruganti is committed to helping you and your family understand your diagnosis and treatment options, and she looks forward to partnering with you to make shared decisions and achieve the best possible outcome.
