Place is not very clean, food wasnt so great and service sucked!

Walk in to a dirty table, ok it didn't get a chance to get cleaned, I was fine with that. But then I get a class of water with lip marks already on it, and a spoon with crud all over it. What?!? I've had better service at a diner.
