I sent him a mechanical hard drive that, he discovered, had suffered a catastrophic failure--i.e., it exploded! Despite this, these amazing people were able to get this thing working enough to recover 7.4 Gb of files I thought I had lost forever--10 years of research and hard work. And the pricing was incredible; way cheaper than anyone else by a long shot. If you're having qualms about sending your hard drive, flash drive, or whatever to David and his family, don't. They will amaze you with their skill and will reward you with your precious files back again safe and sound.
