Very slow, poor customer service. by tybeenyc on 12/14/2021 One star is too much for this place. I had a 9:30am appoint for an oil change. I called at 2pm to see if my car as ready to pick up. It was not. They said they were just pulling it in. That is completely inexcusable. There is no reason at all for a car that has been there since 9:30am to just sit in the parking lot until afternoon with absolutely no work being done on it. This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.
