Reliable was founded by Dan Jape in 1978 with a vision of providing Atlanta heating and air and with the commitment to customer satisfaction.

Daniel started working at Reliable Heating & Air as a young man and over the years, has been assigned to the duct cleaning crews, service crews and installation department. After graduating from college, he returned to work in the sales and design team where is learning the skills he needs to one day take over full operation of the company as Dan passes down the company to the second generation.

We are your local service company offering residential and commercial HVAC, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and home performance contracting services. We are conveniently located in Kennesaw, Georgia. Reliable Heating & Air is family operated by a father and son team of Dan and Daniel Jape.
