UNPROFESSIONAL. by Amazingkatie123 on 8/6/2021 IVE HAD MY SHOWER AND USED IT IT LEAKS IN TWO PLACES. DO NOT TRUST. DONT GET WHAT THEY TELL YOU. If the company messes up the owner will blame you.UPDATE::The people who come out to measure are not the people who install. My shower is leaking because they did not bevel the seat as they were supposed to so I have to use my shower seat as a glorified table. Whoever came to measure told me it would be beveled in and I wouldn’t have leaks. It’s so bad I can don’t almost two entire fingers in the spot they didn’t bevel. Almost two inches!!!! As well as the silicone they put at the bottom of the shower DOESNT hold because a bracket was supposed to be put there. They will tell you there is a lifetime warranty but the owner took mine away because the company sent me the wrong estimate making me feel like I got an inferior product. (More in detail below) When this was resolved the owner demanded the money without showing me that I actually got the shower guard in my house. Trying to make me pay for soemthing I don’t even know if I got. WOULD NOT TRUST.MY THREE YEAR UPDATE::Everyone seems to be posting pictures and reviews without actually using their shower door. Three years ago I had this company install my aluminum frame shower glass with 3 panels and a door. MIND YOU THEY NEVER FRAMED THE BOTTOM SO ITS LEAKING. When the consultation came they were supposed to bevel a part of my tile so the water couldn’t get out because it hangs over a ledge. Therefore leaving a gap big enough for me to fit my fingers through. (Pictures added) This was not done along with a lot of other problems with this company. Regardless of what happened 3 years ago my shower leaks everytime I use it. It has caused me so much water damage it’s insane. I would not recommend. I have actually USED their installed product, after getting ripped off and the owner threatening to put a lien on house and then telling me publicly in a google review they didn’t to make themselves look better. The discrepancy with this company was they installed the glass and sent me an estimate. The estimate was not the same thing that they originally told me. So I thought I got an inferior product. Due to a coating they put on the glass to make it easier to clean. This shower guard was about 600 dollars. No small mistake. When I told my contractor that I didn’t feel right because I got an inferior product he put me in touch with this company. I told them I wasn’t sure if it was installed and would totally pay when they could prove the shower glass was installed. The owner told me my warranty was no longer valid and was going to put a lien on my house if I did not pay. All I wanted was to know I got the product I paid for. They refused. And it has been one of the biggest headaches possible. Would not trust ir recommend.
