I have worked with Syn one-on-one and she facilitated group training with my firm. Her humor, ability to get quickly to the heart of the matter, and sense of purpose in both individual and group settings excites and inspires.

After interviewing a handful of counselors, I finally found Cyndi and could not have been happier. Some people learn how to listen empathetically/compassionately in school, and some people have it naturally running through them. Cyndi is definitely the latter. However, it's also clear she is trained in tracking themes in conversation, reframing circumstances with fresh context, and providing balanced psych info when needed. I wasn't looking for a Freud experience - lie on the couch while some father-figure probes your memories. I was looking for a meeting of the minds and some healing of a broken heart. Cyndi exceeded my expectations, and after six months we reached a place where we felt we accomplished what we set out to do together.
