Rather take my business elsewhere... by jessicacook422 on 10/8/2018 Unexperienced/Untrained (less than a month experience) associate working there when I went to get a price on one of my rings, after looking at my ring the guy asked "is it silver?" I told him 14kt white gold. Asked if he could scratch test it..I told him that would be fine considering my ring is due for rhodium plating, he then said "well if its plated it's not worth anything" ...after explaining what rhodium plating was...he said "never heard of it" He tested my ring, not once but twice, damaging it in the process. I then asked to speak with someone else preferably a manager or owner...this guy was the ONLY person there! When asked when the owner would be there he replied "no clue, have not seen him in over a week" Needless to say this was my first and DEFINITELY MY LAST visit to this shop!
