Restore Physical Therapy & Pilates

At Restore, we combine evidence-based, traditional Physical Therapy with the Pilates method. This results in a whole body approach, focusing on more than just the primary site of injury. Evidence shows that a strong core is necessary for all functional activities and mobility. Even if you are not in need of Physical Therapy, we offer private, semi-private, and group/class (2-3 people) Pilates sessions on the apparatus. In addition, we provide evening and afternoon Yoga as well as evening mat pilates. To get you started, our Pilates Introductory Package is $150 and includes your choice of: 2 privates and 2 classes OR 3 private sessions. Our strengthening Yoga classes include: purchase 1 class for $15, 3 classes for $30, or 5 classes for $45. For physical therapy, we except most major insurance carriers and medicare.
