This is the best car buying experience I have had since I was a teenager and a dear family friend was the GM of the dealership. I knew I would be taken care of then and I know it now about Charles and Tyrus! These two are honest, kind and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. They were patient with ALLLLLL of my questions and worked with me at every turn, never making me feel silly or too much (even though I kind of am! Lol). They understood that this purchase was important to me and was about lifestyle choices, personal fit and priorities. There was no haggling or negotiation because these two set a FAIR PRICE!! I cannot say enough positive about these two and the process. Straight up, straight forward and full of hospitality! And the car is serious quality!! I could not be happier!! Bruce loves it too :)
