Dr. Freddy A. Achecar Jr., MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, arthroscopy, and joint replacement at Resurgens Orthopaedics, serving Austell, Douglasville, and Vinings, GA. With over 30 years of experience, he is dedicated to providing advanced, minimally invasive treatments for hip, knee, and shoulder conditions. A Tulane University graduate, he completed his residency at the University of Tennessee's Campbell Clinic and holds leadership roles within Wellstar Health System.
