Claiming a specialty of "Staten Island-style" brick oven pizza, this boisterous restaurant has a lot going for it. Although the namesake zucchini flower, served battered and fried with either smoked provolone or lemon-olive oil sauce or… Read Full Editorial
I am addicted by HillWa via Citysearch on 1/26/2011
I go for one reason: the pizza. And it's awesome.
It is my favorite pizza place in Atlanta - thank goodness I live so close to it!
If you want good, fresh, non-chain pizza, do yourself a favor and try Zuccas

Love Zucca! by hotelechopappa via Citysearch on 5/4/2009
I love this place and frequent almost weekly. Highly reccommend the MOR (meatballs, onion, ricotta) pizza and risotto! I usually sit at the bar and Justin and Justin and Brad all rock! Looking for some good pizza, check this place out!
Not bad food with horrible service! by racedesigns via Citysearch on 4/12/2009
I go about once a month with a group of friends. Always order the same meal and this time it came out wrong. Explained to the server and she apologized and tried to fix it. Got the bill and we were charged extra because she screwed up.…
Good pizza, great atmosphere by DanPetersen via Citysearch on 1/20/2009
Pastas are good. Love the tomatoes and mozzarella salad. Very nice place to go for a quite relaxing meal in the Smyrna Village Green.
This is the best authentic italian cooking in the SE.USA by davel222 via Citysearch on 1/10/2009
The chef has been cooking in Atlanta for years. I first tasted his cooking when he was the sous chef at Abruzzi (now closed due to retirement of the owner) in Peachtree Battle Shopping Center. He then became executive chef at Broadway…
Nice spot by Ms L via Insider Pages on 10/12/2008
The vibe here is nice. Food is pretty good and the music is great. The staff here is also very friendly. The location is in the heart of Smyrna. I've visited a few times and really like it.
Great Location by J. Barrett C via Insider Pages on 7/16/2008
They have a great location in the heart of the Smyrna Village. Their bar scene is wonderful. It is small enough to be personal and large enough to host a nice size gathering.
Zucca Bar & Pizzeria by Michael P via Insider Pages on 7/11/2008
My friend who is Italian loves this place, I tend to think that it is pretty mediocre. The atmosphere is nice, can be a little too dark at time. The prices are reasonable. The service is quick and friendly.
Great pizza, terrible service by nfraser1 via Citysearch on 6/23/2008
The pizza here is wonderful and I use to come here all the time. It tasted very similar to the pizza I had when visiting NYC. The last time I was there I had a very rude server which soured me to Zucca. She got my order incorrect and…
too bad by Martha J via Insider Pages on 2/13/2008
Such a lovely restaurant. Unfortunately the food doesn't quite live up to the decor. Calamari was overcooked, pizza tasted like the sauce was from a can.
Zucca Bar and Pizzeria by Debbie J via Insider Pages on 2/13/2008
The few meals I've had here were okay. The restaurant itself is very attractive . Weekend nights seem to belong to younger crowds, but you can enjoy a meal during the week without any problem .
Family - Like Gotti but better by rb721 via Citysearch on 2/13/2007
Zuccas Pizza is a great place to go and be treated like family. I had my company party there at Christmas time and we all loved it. We were served great non-menu items (call ahead so they can stock up on things that are non-menu) that…
the worse pasta and rude waiter... by tonigrey via Citysearch on 12/26/2006
Pizzas to go have been great. Made the mistake of ordering a pasta dish, rude server and really bad pasta. Will not return for either, do not recommend.
Good for the suburbs by teacozy via Citysearch on 11/21/2006
I went to Zucca with my boyfriend who loves this place. We had a nice Sunday night out and enjoyed the live cover duo. The server was very friendly and helpful with my dietary restrictions. The focaccia they brought out was pretty standard…
soggy pizza served by a bartender with just as much personality. by pearson6534 via Citysearch on 8/5/2006
Those of us that have lived in Symrna for 10+ years were anticipating the arrival of the Village Green restaurants so that we wouldn't have to drive to Vinings for a decent meal. Unfortunately, Zucca's hasn't delivered the goods. I've…
YUM & Fun! by heididokko via Citysearch on 4/27/2006
Zucca has authentic NY style pizza. I'm from NY and the owners are from Staten Island. Located strategically in Smyrna Village - it's got a great scene and great food. Just ask me, a pregnant woman, what I'm craving and I'll take you to…
Pricey Pizzeria by A. W. via Judy's Book on 3/30/2006
The pizza at Zucca IS good but the prices are a bit steep. The Jonquil pizza is one of the best. The pies are large but not large enough to compensate for the price. The beer is also pretty expensive - even out of the pitcher. Expect…

Smyrna restaurant offers a taste of Italy by serving up New York-style pizza, pasta dishes and more.
great ambience! by ramkrish24 via Citysearch on 2/8/2004
Zucca is a fun place to wine and dine. It is one of Atlanta's best pizzerias. The food is pricey but the beer is cheap. Overall this is s funn place to get together.
