“Thank You So Much For Purchasing Our Probate Property”
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for purchasing our Family’s home. We have shared many fond memories at 2102 East Drive. We were told to sell the property before my mother died but it wasn’t until three (3) years after her death that one of my sisters reminded us of her wishes.
I was selected to be the Administrator by my siblings and my mother (she died after my Dad). I reluctantly accepted that post because I thought it would be a tedious thing, going back and forth with potential buyers and it was, before you came along. No haggling about the price, no this and that. You were serious about the purchase and you came as a professional but at the same time down to earth.
