Don Polito has now aquired the La Pizza House in Des Moines, and he will operate it in the same fashion. (FILTH)

The new manager is awesome! He came to us throughout the meal, made us feel welcome, Also I havent had pizza this good since Joes pizza in altoona was open. Real pizza the way it should be made. every thing was great. Try the onion rings!

I would not recommend this restaurant at all! The service was terrible. We sat for 10 minutes an nobody acknowledged us, the server was lazy and rude when she did finally serve us. Not a single person in the restaurant said "thank you".…
