I took Century Cab last night and waited about 20 minutes for them to pick me up and then the driver I got was very polite the person who answered the phone was very polite I was greatly satisfied I will you Century Cab again

They're just AWFUL. Smelly, bumpy ride with a rude driver (car #2 or #3, I think) who drove erratically and circuitously. I called to complain and got the brushoff. What a bad representative of Cedar Rapids! Horrible.
