Dubuque Nursing and Rehab Center is a 98 bed skilled nursing facility conveniently located in the attractive West End area of Dubuque. We are a Medicare and Medicaid certified facility providing rehabilitation and long-term care services.Our Rehab to Home program has in-house staff and licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists who work closely with the resident, family, and nursing staff to develop an individualized therapy program.<br> <br>We are proud of our successful rehabilitation record. On average, half of all our residents admitted have successfully returned home. Our therapy kitchen helps residents learn adaptations to safely return home.
