Boise Fry Company

Boise Fry Company serves incredible french fries, original sauces, hand-crafted seasonings, juicy burgers, and more! We source potatoes from Kings Crown Organic Farms. They are fried in natural oil and served unsalted so you can choose from any of our homemade seasonings and dipping sauces. We use natural, local, and organic products whenever possible. We obtain bison locally from Brown's Buffalo Ranch and beef from Double R Ranch & Snake River Farms. All are local, fresh, grass-fed, and hand-seasoned with our top-secret recipes. BFC also serves sandwiches, shakes, sides, and gluten free, vegan, and kids options as well. Our vegan burgers are made with black beans and quinoa. Our whole wheat potato buns are baked fresh by Gaston's Bakery.
