I like that the company is flexible with your schedule and calls and checks-up on you if it's inconvenient or not to come through. I also like their employees because they are very kind, respectful, courteous, and do exquisite work.

Kip was very courteous and explained clearly what was going on and what my options were. The estimate he gave me was exactly what I paid in the end. And the work was completed even mroe quickly than I had hoped.
