Michael was the first arborist I had out to see my tree problem and give me opinions and a proposal. We quickly connected by phone and he was able to visit just a few days later. He was very easy to talk with, seemed quite knowledgeable and confident, and I had a clear understanding of what he would do and why. After a couple of other quotes and extensive "internet research" I decided on a smaller scope than we had discussed. I left a voicemail or two that were not returned in a timely manner and I went with someone else to do the work but I was glad to have consulted with Discount Professional Tree Removal and would definitely consider hiring them for future jobs.
