Libertyville Montessori School

Libertyville Montessori school is meeting the needs of each child, each day! We focus on the individual child and encourage them to progress at their own pace. We care for children ages 3-6 years old. Our hours of care are 8:30am -3:30pm Monday- Friday September thru May. After school care is available until 6:00 p.m. on regularly scheduled classroom days. We have a lovely wooded private & secure setting with a spacious playground facility.

We offer a unique opportunity and classroom experience for children to develop physical, mental and emotional capacities at their own speeds in a nurturing, non-competitive enjoyable learning environment.

Libertyville Montessori School was begun in 1964, serving families in Lake County, specifically Vernon Hills, Libertyville and Mundelein, with pre-school and kindergarten age children. Libertyville Montessori School is one of the oldest operating Montessori schools in Lake County and in the state of Illinois.
