Yep. They haven't gotten out of the "old school" yet. Lame numbers tricks, making you wait forever between every question. Funny thing is how they treat you when they know you want to buy...then it's no call backs or way over the top fees…

they sent me a pre-approval letter for a car after filing bankrupcy but it was a lie. do not trust anyone at this dealer. they finaly offered me a used car in someone elses name with an $800 car note. the state should close them down.
