The actual procedure was good

The actual procedure was good and I experienced little pain. I had a quick recovery. Dr Flagg and the nurses Dorothy and Monica were professional, friendly and answered all my questions. I did however receive conflicting information on more than one occasion and this ruined my experience. I did research before my consultation and asked very specific questions regarding my recovery and expectations regarding exercise, and how long I was going to wear the garment afterwards. I was also very specific in asking what the garment would look like, since I am a nurse and cannot have my arms covered. The answers I initially received during the consultation and the answers from Dr Flagg were vastly different and I probably would have scheduled the surgery at a different time, that would have worked better, and avoided a lot of frustration and uncertainty. I feel that honest and realistic answers must be given during the consultation and when I asked Dr Flagg why I received different info, he stated that he was not sure, because his recommendations have always been the same and the consultant were aware of this.
