Pyatt Builders opened its doors in 2009 and has established over 50+ locations throughout the greater Indianapolis area with a milestone of 1,000+ homes sold reached in 2021. Pyatt Builders is a private, locally-owned, new-home builder, operated out of Carmel, Indiana.

We handle the home building process from start to finish, and every home we build is a labor of love. It's natural for us to work with passion and integrity because we love what we do. We enjoy being part of the community, and the fact that we get to play a part in creating entire neighborhoods - places that people will enjoy for generations to come - is a huge honor.
