At Center for Pain Management, our providers specialize in minimally invasive, interventional pain management. Our network of pain management clinics serves Indiana in three locations: Indianapolis, Lafayette, and Greenwood. Our pain management doctors offer a wide range of treatments with additional services like physical therapy, psychological services, and diagnostic imaging. Our pain management clinics are complemented by ambulatory surgical centers for minimally invasive outpatient procedures. Conditions treated include: post laminectomy syndrome, CRPS, sacroiliitis, sciatica, spondylosis, facet syndrome, and more. Treatments offered include: spinal cord stimulators, steroid injections, intrathecal pain pump implants, and more.
