Terrible results by Jody renfro on 3/8/2024 After inspection by Tim James we found the foundation had dry rot and we were in trouble. I contacted Tim Jane’s group. They stated they’re not responsible and only do a visual inspection. I told them you can see the dry rot from inside the door. He refused to give us a refund or help in any way. Very disappointing
