Shabnam Moshref, DO

Dr. Shabnam Moshref grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where her parents and family still live. She graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington with a B.S. in Biochemistry, followed by completing her master's degree in biology at IUPUI (Purdue degree). She attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania and joined Community after completing her internal medicine residency at Henry Ford Macomb Hospitals in Clinton Township, Michigan.

Dr. Moshref was married in 2014 and her husband is a teacher in Pike Township. During her free time, Dr. Moshref enjoys reading and catching up with friends and family. She hopes to have time in the future to travel and learn to cook new foods.
