Nathan Brant Kurtz, MD

Dr. Nathan Kurtz, a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician, joined Community Spine Center in 2015 and serves patients in the north office. He is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in Indianapolis. Dr. Kurtz received his undergraduate degree from Goshen College, Goshen Indiana.

Dr. Kurtz is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and American Medical Association.

He is a physiatrist with a special interest in back, neck and spine pain.

During his free time he enjoys gardening, pottery, drawing, reading, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
