Awful Customer Service by Ralph S via Insider Pages on 7/16/2010

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. Poor communication, rude on the phone. Marvin almost got punched because he was rude to my wife. Beware of this amateur, and take your business to somewhere more deserving.
