As usual a great visit to Orchard Park. They have a great staff of friendly people that do a great job with whatever you are there for. They take to time to explain what you are having done and make sure you have all your questions…

I felt like I was important, and not just another patient. Dr. Loveless took time to explain the procedures as he did them, and also he and the assistant made sure I was doing OK throughout the exam.

Obviously they pay attention to these feedbacks.....the t.v. was NOT on when I was in the room. It was annoying to me the last time, I would rather just have it quiet.

My "bucket list" has never included visits to the dentist but with that being said, Orchard Park makes it a pleasure. The care and treatment are of the highest quality.

Everyone was very competent and pleasant. I especially liked the new man at the desk. His voice is very comforting; i'm not afraid of the dentist, but if I were, I would want that man to talk to me..
