Kelly L Smith, NP

Kelly L. Smith, FNP-C, completed her masters of science in nursing at Ball State University in Muncie, IN. She has worked as a perioperative RN for fifteen years and six years as a nurse practitioner in family practice, urgent care and occupational health. Kelly is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Kelly has a special interest in preventive health. She loves to help people achieve a healthy lifestyle and reach their personal health goals.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family going to her kids' sporting and school events. She loves traveling to new places and going on adventures with her family, but the beach is her happy place. She also enjoys boating, running, fishing, cooking and gardening.
