Do not go to One Stop Dental, you will regret it. by Kathryn M on 8/12/2025 Do not go there, I regret not looking at reviews first. They charge you upfront and they charge you more than your half. The dentist is not the one who did my filling. When the lady did my fillings and was doing the floss the one filling broke off and she had to redo it. That should have been warning that maybe she shouldn’t have been doing it. Anyway she redid it and had the dentist came in and checked it, she said it was good. Well within 4 days the filling was coming out. I had to take an additional hour and half off of work for them to fix their mess up. I had asked several times who it was that did my tooth and messed it up. They just ignored my questions. I actually asked a few times in writing and they would still ignore it, finally I pushed it and they told me “Due to Confidentiality we are unable to disclose names but it was a certified dental assistant. She is legally authorized to complete your fillings”. This has been so shady from the start – I really don’t think that person is a Certified Dental Assistant who is supposed to do fillings. I believe the person was not legally qualified to do my filling, they wouldn’t show me their credentials. They are in-network but they still charge you upfront and they charge you more than your half. My portion should have only been $250.50 but they charged me $358.20. I still haven’t gotten my $107.70 over payment back yet.
