Citizens First Bank

Citizens First Corporation (Company) was incorporated in 1975 for the purpose of conducting business as an investment club. Through the completion of a public offering of its common stock in February 1999, the Company became a registered bank holding company and, in turn, capitalized Citizens First Bank, Inc. (Bank), a de novo commercial bank chartered under the banking laws of the State of Kentucky. The Bank began operations in February 1999 and is the Company’s only operating subsidiary. Along with its headquarters in Bowling Green, the Bank currently operates eight branches in the counties of Warren, Simpson, Barren and Hart in south central Kentucky, and a loan production office in Williamson County, Tennessee.
