WORST customer service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's really all that needs to be said. I will go to Evansville Macy's before I stop again locally to buy at this excuse for a business.

Employees unable to perform transactions needed to complete return of items. Bought online, unable to return in store as advertised. Will not go back. Employees need training.
