Don't Use All In One by ajjchale on 2/21/2023 Please do not use this company. We hired them on 12/23/22 to replace our water lines after they froze. After three days of working and a $9,000 bill we had to hire a second company to fix the 'work' All In One did. Doug Jones was the plumber that came to our house. We have a contract stating Doug would replace all the lines, he actually only replaced a few of them and those few were installed incorrectly. When he left on the third day we still did not have water and our drain lines were no longer working in the laundry room or kitchen. The second company discovered all the damage Doug actually did. He had our shower drain running into our bathroom sink, the bathrrom water line was on backwards, we had at least four water leaks in the craw space and he had removed all the supports putting our entire system on the verge of collapse. We had to stay in a hotel until the second company could repair all the damage done by All In One.We found out afterward Doug was not even a licenced plumber, he had no business being sent to our house. We made multipe attempts to contact the owner, Jonathan David Sheppard and to this day have never heard back from him.
