Created and organized by Mr. Anthony Reeser, who is not only the Chief Instructor of the martial arts program, but is an IFA ( International Fitness Association) Certified aerobics Instructor, as well as a certified personal trainer. This program is designed to build cardiovascular health and physical fitness as well as teach self defense with the intent to have fun. Applied with upbeat music, it make for a really good time.
